Christina wolverson,  Air Products

Christina joined Air Products PLC in October 2010 as the principle Industrial Hygienist for Europe.  She provides support to the Air Products European facilities to assure healthy working environments through the anticipation, recognition, evaluation and control of potential health hazards.

Christina was born and grew up in Zimbabwe and later studied a BSc in Biotechnology (Murdoch University) in Australia.  After completing her studies she moved to the United Kingdom, and started working at a Health and Safety consultancy where she was introduced to industrial hygiene work.  She later completed a MSc in Occupational Hygiene before taking a role working in the automotive industry as an industrial hygienist before joining Air Products in 2010.

Christina’s role encompasses a broad range of responsibilities that include development and implementation of occupational health standards in particular around chemical management and ergonomics, training, as well as workplace health risk assessments and measurements and the designing of control systems.
