Erik Hollnagel, professor, author

Erik Hollnagel is currently Senior professor at Jönköping University (Sweden) and Visiting Professorial Fellow at Macquarie University in Sydney (Australia). He has worked at universities, research centres, and with industries in many countries and with problems from many domains. Erik has published widely and is the author/editor of 25 books as well as a large number of papers and book chapters.
